Webscriptions has put up the samples for The Best of Jim Baen's Universe. Since I've got the second spot in the collection, my story is one of the samples. (If you want to read it, click here, then click the link for Chapter 3 in the upper left).

Needless to say, I think this is very, very cool, because it means they not only felt my story was strong enough to go in the collection, but they also thought it was strong enough that reading it would entice people to part with their hard earned dollars.

Somehow, the rejection letters I've been getting lately just don't seem quite as important right now.
