I'm probably going to throw up a post about the AGENT SEARCH OF DOOM!!! after this, but first, I wanted to mention I've started work on Novel #3. Working Title, and likely the final title, is We're Here To Help. It's a continuation of "The Girl With The Killer Eyes" and so far, I'm feeling pretty good about it. Of course, I'm only about an eighth of the way through. I'm making progess, but it's slow. Stupid school.

I wonder if the National Endowment for the Arts still gives out grants to authors.

Seriously, this is going to be a pretty fun book. Mike and Roy are pretty entertaining. I've got some crunchy backstory goodness, and there's going to be a serious superhero fight or three.

Mucho fun.

So far, I'm at 14,000 words (8,000 new, plus 6,000 from Killer Eyes). I think I'll have the first draft finished by mid to late June, which means I can probably bang out another novel over the summer. With a bit of luck, I might manage three this year.

It would be a good start, to say the least.
